3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Before Shipment
Customers can cancel their order free of charge if the order has not been shipped.

3.2 After Shipment
– Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

– TechMartt is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns
